Since 2002, Advocacy Inc. has specialized in the following email broadcast solutions:
- Voter
Files
Voter files contain email addresses of individuals within a particular state. These records can be narrowed based on a variety of criteria including geography or demographic criteria -- age, party affiliation or vote history. Before voter files are delivered, they undergo an opt-out process to ensure that our clients receive the best records available. The file includes first and last name, street address, city, state, zip code, email address, state house district, state senate district, gender, and voter id number. We can provide additional fields such as precinct, county, date of birth, date of voter registration and phone number.
- Email
Broadcast System
In addition to providing the ability to send messages to large distribution lists, our email broadcast system provides clients with sophisticated tracking capability, allowing them to monitor delivery statistics, open rates, and clickthroughs. The broadcast system is web-based and password protected. Clients can create a hyperlink or add a photo to their content. Through the surveying capability, the sender is able to receive timely feedback.
- Email
Append Service
Advocacy Inc. takes postal records from our clients and matches the records against several databases to find a matching, updated email address. A postal file may include a state's voter file, a list of supporters, or records from a client database. Clients are asked if they wish to receive individual email addresses or a household email address. Advocacy Inc. will request a list of email addresses from the client as a suppression file, so they are not charged for email addresses already in their possession.
We offer these services to a broad range of clients including candidates, non-profit organizations, issue advocacy campaigns and congressional offices.
